Ssshh a little sneak peek of my jewellery pieces for the next season – Autumn editβœ¨πŸŽ‘πŸͺ

Hey everyone!

I am so excited for this change of season. Are we in mid September already?

Apologies, I know you may just get sick and tired of me saying this but I just get so excited by the change of colour these coming autumnal months bring with it. It’s the happiest time for me and I’m just like a kid in a candy shop! Do you even blame me?! Who’s with me on this one, hola at the commends below so I know I’m not the only one! πŸ™ˆ

As I read somewhere the berries come to the autumnal air as the blooms come to the spring, in a triumphant hurrah of colour. Being an October baby, this season has been absolutely special to me, but more so because everything falls together harmoniously as a gospel choir, that celebrates each hue and shows how they belong together.

It just brings back a flood of memories from my childhood. I remember running up to the Maple trees when my father used to take us to the parks and wanting to grab as many beautiful star shaped leaves as possible. I used to (and still do) find them so fascinating. There’s something so magical about it. The colourful hues of red, yellow, crimson leaves used to shine so bright against the backdrop of the green grass and the low rising sun. I have memories of collecting all the pretty colourful leaves and putting them away safely in the pages of my old books. Those were the good ol’ days!

It’s a time to watch mother nature display a spectacle of its most vibrant hues of reds, oranges, golds and crimson and blossom and dance into the skies before throwing giant confetti to the side walks and roads. I love the subtle crunch of the leaves under my feet, the crisp air and the smell of chestnuts from afar πŸπŸ‚

There’s something just so humbling and serene about it. It’s the hugs, warm cup of drinks, the cosy quilt, snuggly jumpers, nights in, hot chocolate and marshmallows, the smell of chestnuts burning, the fireworks… Gosh, I could go on and on.. Someone stop me!

Ok now coming back to the post. I wanted to share some jewellery pieces that I think will work very nicely with the change of season. I’m planning on adding a little more but these are just a few of my staple products that you’ll see over the next few months incorporated into my wardrobe for autumn/winter.

I have been switching up my wardrobe, accessories and home decor in anticipation of this new season. So without further ado, let’s take a look at some of the pieces below;

Swarovski bracelet:

The first one is this beautiful multi-coloured beaded swarovski bracelet.

It’s a beautiful string of swarovski coloured crystals which includes a crystal wing and a leaf motif.

It was part of their Spring/Summer collection back in 2014-2015 if I’m not mistaken. I cannot remember the collection name sadly, if anyone knows please do let me know below. Although it was a summer collection, I really liked the vibrant hues of this piece. I used to wear it all year around and it goes beautifully with any outfit. It works so well with autumnal outfits as it really brightens up an otherwise simple outfit. .

This was the time when I was working for Swarovski so I was really lucky to be able to use my staff discount on it. It’s def a keeper for me and gets me compliments everytime I wear it. I must add I only use it for special occasions now as I really don’t want to break or snap it. So I’ve been reserving it for those special moments.

I really wish Swarovski would bring something similar again as I’d love to snap it up. It’s such a versatile piece of jewellery.

Gemporia bracelet:

This beautiful piece is one of my recent gifts from hubby and I was absolutely blown away by his lovely gesture.

The reason why this one is very special to me as hubby had my baby girl’s initial engraved onto the heart of this pendant. As you may know that I recently became a mama to a beautiful baby girl Anaya and so this one is truly special for me.

It’s a lovely bracelet from Gemporia who if you don’t know specialise in gemstones. They have a stunning selection of gemstone jewellery and I’ve been a fan since 2005. I’m def a long term customer and hubby knows it.. Haha. And so the pearls are all real (and hence you’ll see irregular shapes) and the finish of the bracelet is gold plated. Pearls are very much in fashion and trending so it’s a lovely addition to the jewellery collection.

It’s a lovely chic and elegant bracelet and will go very nicely with my winter wardrobe (and all year around I must say!)

Cosmic Charm Choker:

Gosh, of you’ve read my bio on here or follow me over on Instagram then you’ll probably know that I love all things cosmic.

I’ve shared my fascination with the cosmic on here before (please see previous posts) and it comes as no surprise that I am attracted to the stars, moon, sun jewellery pieces like a bee to honey. As you may be aware that I’m living in Spain presently and you’ll find a lot of hand-made stalls here. I was out in Bilbao when I came across a beautiful stall whilst shopping.

The seller had the msot incredible hand-made jewellery pieces, all so unique and pretty. I really had a hard time choosing and eventually settled for this gold charm choker as it incorporated everything I loved; the sun, moon, stars, tree of life, shooting star.. Ahh and it was only for €10 which was a bargain!

I picked one up for my sister who’s also a fan of the stars. The seller said she’ll be back again over the next few weeks so I really can’t wait to see what else she brings along. I find Spain has some incredible artisans and they make Boho jewellery like no other. This very much caters to a bohemian soul like me! 😁

Did I see a pink pendant with an eyelash motif? Oh yes I did!

I know what you’re thinking, here we go again. Haha. Again if you’ve been following me for a while you know how much I love girly pieces and pink is just something I cannot miss. So when I saw this pendant, I knew I had to grab it.

I was completely torn between the pink eyelash and the turquoise/green moon motif but I thought the pink would suit a lot of the colours in my wardrobe. I’m in love with it and will be showcasing it a lot more on my Instagram.

Oh and this was merely a sneak peek, I am in the process of redecorating my wardrobe corner so can’t wait to share the reveal with you all very soon. Please do stay tuned! πŸ‘€

There’s going to be a lot more autumnal and festive posts (and over on Instagram stories!) coming up. You wouldn’t want to miss out!
