Autumnal Purchases I had to share.. (beauty and jewellery!)

Hey everyone!

With the festive season upon us, it’s time to start planning ahead for those gift buying sessions.

I don’t know about you guys, but the whole festive season just makes me want to buy everything. It’s almost like a kid in a candy store syndrome. You are so spoilt for choice, the warm fuzzy feeling of festive excitement cannot be contained.. right?!

Ahem, I really need to keep a check on my bank balance but no matter how hard I try, I end up falling for the temptation/s all around me. Please do tell me I’m not the only one here! 😩

The first beauty item that I absolutely fell in love with is the Urban Decay Moondust eyeshadow in ‘Spacetime’.

<<<<<<<<
e a few shades of the Moondust range already as I love them to bits. I adore Solstice as you would have seen in my previous blog posts. It's just such a unique colour.

'Spacetime' is a beautiful medium-dark bronze with warm undertones of pink and green sparkle over a metallic finish.

It looks absolutely gorgeous for an evening look, just remember to layer on the mascara and let your eyes do all the talking. It's a beautiful sexy and an alluring colour that is the perfect party season choice. I must confess, I've actually been wearing it heaps during the day (it's pretty opaque and buildable), well we are in November after all and a little bit of glitz and glamour is allowed!

The texture is smooth and easily blend-able. You an choose to apply it on as a single layer (for the perfect daytime look) or double it up for the more seductive party time look. The application is non fussy and the coverage is just beautiful. I absolutely love it!

It's a tad pricey at £15.50 but well worth the money.

The swatch below does no justice as you cannot see the pink and green glitter flecks, however at least it gives you an idea of what the base colour looks like..

<<<<<<<<
ave this beautiful shade 'Black Sugar' by Tom Ford. It's just the perfect autumnal shade. I'm seriously loving the mauve/taupe colours.

<<<<<<<<
ittle excerpt from the Tom Ford website;

TOM FORD Beauty’s Nail Polish provides a long-lasting, glossy coverage with amplified colour pay-off. Black Sugar is an ashy-taupe shade that’s subtly flecked with red shimmer for an eye-catching, iridescent finish.

Gosh, I’ve fallen in love with this gorgeous shade, hence I ended up paying £20.50 for this item. 😬

Normally, no matter how much I adore a nail colour, I will never pay more than a certain amount but temptation really did get to me. *sigh* I really adore this colour, it’s just so subtle yet striking at the same time. Again pictures do no justice, you must take a look at the store for yourself.

It’s such a creamy and glossy, almost like a melted chocolate colour.. though I didn’t notice the shimmer much when I applied it (can catch it at certain light angles) but I still love it nonetheless!

Trust me when I say, I have fallen in love with this shade. I have been wearing it since its purchase. The extra amplified-gloss and shine lets you express your mood and complete your look. It gives a beautiful high coverage and shine while staying colour true throughout wear.

I have been using this colour quite a lot and can see myself wearing it over the festive season. Let’s just hope hubby doesn’t find out!

Now, I had been holding on for so long with this lippie from Mac. It’s the beautiful and infamous ‘Whirl’ shade which everyone just adores. Yes I know, I’m pretty late on jumping the bandwagon here!

Usually I’m more of a pink lip girl as browns can look a little harsh on me. However, when I tried this colour, I loved how beautiful the colour was. Why did I never purchase this one before? It still baffles me to date.

As you all know, I love my matte lipsticks. This is just the perfect rosy-brown matte shade that complements girls of all skin tones.

‘MAC Whirl Lipstick is the shade your makeup bag needs..’ Oh, how I am pleased to have discovered this beautiful shade. I was doubly happy as I ended up paying only £11.50 which was a complete bargain! (Thank goodness for Bicester Village) 😁

I don’t think I need to praise this lipstick any more as you all know how lovely it is. If you haven’t tried it, then what are you waiting for? Grab yours now!

No wonder why it’s become a cult-classic, and for good reason as it looks gorgeous on all skin tones. It’s just the most flattering shade ever!

Now, are you ready for the jewellery piece purchased for this new season..? Then carry on reading..

I have discovered this beautiful store called Silver Mine in Oxford which sells the most stunning gemstone and sterling silver pieces.

I was instantly drawn to this stunning turquoise pendant as it’s very bohemian which I absolutely love. It has the most beautiful silver filigree design at the back and can be worn either way. The silver ball chain is just gorgeous and adds to the mysterious, mystical design of it.

I had so many compliments whilst wearing it. You must check it out if you live near the Oxford area. They have tons of beautiful designs in store.

Isn’t the intricate detailing at the back so fascinating?

As I loved this one so much, I also decided to take the plunge and brought myself the ruby pendant too. I know, I know, I should be saving those pennies but I just fell in love with these.. do you blame me?

These are any bohemian/gypsy lover’s delight, perfect for the free soul. Imagine wearing these and dancing away under the summer sun.. *pure bliss* 💃🏻 Let the Spanish festivals begin next year! 🌙✨

Now tell m honestly, would you be able to resist these beauties? ♥️

Isn’t it just the most gorgeous ruby pendant, I love the vibrant red colour and it just reminds me of those English old world charm pendants.. it’s also very ethnic looking in design which is just perfect for me. I will be wearing these and showing you a look-book over the coming weeks. Do stay tuned!

Here’s the design of the back..

Do you have a favourite? Do let me know below.. I’d love to know 💭

Until next time,

Stay warm
