Eid Collaboration with BKayz2010 Jewellery 🌙

Hey everyone!

I am super excited to bring this Eid collaboration to you.

I have teamed up with the very lovely and talented Binish Kiyani from BKayz2010 who has a stunning range of jewellery and accessories that are absolutely beautiful and ever so reasonably priced (which is always a bonus!).

A little info about Binish and her jewellery business;

B Kayz Jewellery and Accessories is an online jewellery store that takes pride in providing elegant yet affordable jewellery. Each item of jewellery is carefully selected to ensure we bring the most stunning pieces of jewellery to our clients. Our jewellery ranges from traditional to contemporary. So, if it is a bridal set you are looking for on your big day or a simple pair of earrings for a casual night-out, B Kayz has got you covered!

Well, this certainly rings true in this case.

Binish has very kindly sent me this maang-tikka (forehead piece) and earring set which is absolutely chic and on trend.  With Eid just around the corner, ladies and girls will be full of excitement to wear their most colourful, coveted attires and jewellery. After all, Eid is all about celebration, dressing up and delicious food! Which makes this the ultimate jewellery set that sets you apart from the rest. If you are going to dress up, then you may as well dress up in style right?!

The Pearl Tikka set comes with double-sided earrings and a matching tikka. It is a versatile piece since you can wear the earrings or tikka on its own.

It’s a gorgeous kundan inspired chaand Bali earrings that have a pearl string attached to them.

I love the fusion of traditional and modern in this piece. It fuses both old world charm with a modern touch. This is what the woman of today is all about. Women who are independent, confident and have successfully carved a niche for themselves in various spheres of their personal and professional lives. This is what this collection embodies.

I adore the artistry on this set, it’s perfect for any bridal look, yet it can be incorporated for a day-time casual party/dinner look. The pearls add a touch of elegance which will take any outfit to the next level.

The craftsmanship is absolutely exquisite as it has a retro old-world charm to it. It’s very synonymous with the modern day kundan and Polk designs we get to see these days. As you know, ethnic jewellery is very much in demand these days and is only gaining more popularity in the western world. Think Coachella and festivals? *wink wink*

The beauty of this set is that it can be worn over traditional ethnic as well as western wear. There are simply no rules to it. Fusion lines are a great way to show your love for the traditional jewellery set in the modern tone. It allows you to experiment by mixing influences from the East and West to create a unique and distinctive look which will leave everyone spell-bound!

You can wear both the pieces together for a full in traditional look  or simply wear the pieces separately, no matter how you choose to wear yours, you’ll certainly be the centre of attention!

The mix is simply appealing, what do you think?

Here, my beautiful model Shay is wearing the Maang-tikka over a traditional dress which looks absolutely stunning. Even without the earrings, the tikka makes quite a statement. The forehead piece has been a rage lately, the influences from Bollywood have certainly made their way into the western world. This piece will look equally stunning on a western/bohemian outfit for the perfect polished look.

Just look at the intricate detailing on this tikka, isn’t it simply beautiful!

The pearls add a touch of sophistication to any jewellery piece. The beautiful combo of gold, white and pearls is simply stunning!

It looks absolutely stunning on a centre parting, however it works equally well on a side one too.

There’s absolutely no rules about wearing a tikka. Experiment to your hearts content.

‘Add a touch of glamour and charm to your look..’

I love how the gold hues work with Shay’s colouring and hair. It really makes the piece stand out. It instantly reminds me of a Princess Jasmine kind of look, very Arabian inspired. Shay also has beautiful thick eyebrows that completes and polishes the final look..

p.s – I’m legit jealous of those Gigi Hadid like eyebrows.. 😱

And another one..

The earrings are slightly larger than the maang-tikka and they have a strand of pearls that look very elegant when worn. You can choose to wear it with the strings of pearls or not. I, however love this look as it’s the perfect setting for any party or bridal look.

These gorgeous earrings make for the perfect statement piece, therefore you don’t have to run from pillar to post to assemble your full bridal or party look. Shine out like a star on your special day with these lovely pieces.

I would like to thank the very talented Binish for sending me this stunning set as part of this collaboration. I can really see myself wearing this with a number of outfits and it’ll make for the perfect keepsake piece. I urge you all to take a look at the website and see what treasures you can find. You surely won’t be disappointed!

I would also like to thank my beautiful model Shay who made the jewellery come to life by modelling it.

Binish is very passionate about her jewellery, so if you have any specific designs in mind, she can cater to that. Please just ask!

I can honestly say this piece will be one that will stay in your jewellery collection for a very long time. It’s classic, elegant and timeless. The fusion of east and west is a great idea and this collection provides you with just that. The ethnic Indian/Pakistani and the modern western touch!
